They simply replied we can call the and thats all we can do.
It was stolen off the rack and when I told security about it they told me that they dont have cameras there because it was too dark and didnt even take an incident report or document anything at all. My bike was on the rack right up front and locked up. They can be a little better with there customer service when in regards to security and how they deal with things being stolen from there. I love how they give back to the locals more than any other casino in the Reno and Sparks area.
